Mobiapp is designed to help you stay on track with your medication schedule. It allows you to set reminders, track doses, and optionally share alerts with family or caregivers
By using the app, you agree to use it in a responsible and lawful way. It is meant for personal use only and should not be used for any harmful, illegal, or unauthorized activity
Not a Medical Service.
Mobiapp is a reminder and tracking tool, not a medical platform. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
You should always follow the instructions of your doctor or healthcare professional. Mobiapp is only here to support your routine, not replace medical guidance
Your Responsibility
You are responsible for entering correct medication details and setting accurate reminder times. The app depends on the information you provide, so accuracy is important
If you add caregivers or family members, you are also responsible for ensuring their contact information is correct and that they have given permission to receive alerts
Caregiver Alerts
Mobiapp may send notifications to caregivers if a dose is missed, depending on your settings. These alerts are meant to support care and communication
However, Mobiapp does not control or guarantee how quickly or how caregivers respond to these notifications. That responsibility remains with the individuals involved
Data & Privacy
We take your privacy seriously and aim to keep your information safe. Your medication data and personal details are stored securely within the app. We do not sell your personal information. In some cases, anonymized data may be used to improve performance, features, and user experience
App Availability
We work hard to keep Mobiapp running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service at all times. The app may be updated, changed, or temporarily unavailable for maintenance or improvements. We are not responsible for issues caused by device problems, internet connection, or notification delays
Limitation of Responsibility
Mobiapp is not responsible for any health-related outcomes, including missed doses, incorrect scheduling, or failure to receive reminders. We are also not liable for any damages or issues caused by technical errors, device failures, or user mistakes in setting up the app
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to improve clarity or reflect new features. When updates are made, continued use of the app means you accept the new terms
Account Termination
We may suspend or remove access to Mobiapp if the app is misused, abused, or used in a way that violates these Terms & Conditions. This is done to keep the platform safe and reliable for all users
